Our Process

Contact: Customers can reach out via phone, website, or in person to initiate the repair process.
Damage Assessment: Conduct a thorough examination of the vehicle to assess the extent of damage.
Estimate Preparation: Create a detailed estimate of the repair work required, including parts and labor.
Repair Planning: We work with you to develop and plan for repairing your vehicle.

Payment can be given by a customer, but often times, customers prefer to wait until their insurance company agrees to cover repair costs. We can send our repair plan to your insurance company with a customer supplied claim number.

Once payment is confirmed, we order parts so they will be on hand when you vehicle is dropped off for repairs.

When parts arrive for your car, we will call you to schedule your repairs at your convenience.

Arrive at your scheduled drop off date and time, and we will take it from here.
Have your transportation arranged whether it is rental car, a friend picking you up, or anything in between.
Our team is prepared to give you a ride from our shop to a destination within Eureka City limits. Please let us know ahead of time as our staffing is limited.

Leave this bit to us! We will repair your car per the terms of repair plan and update you along the way!

Final Paperwork: Complete any final paperwork, including payment of deductibles and any open balances not covered under your claim.
Customer Walkthrough: We will look over your vehicle with you to make sure it meets or exceeds your expectations and go over any questions you may have.

Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support for any further questions or additional services needed.
Wash: Your fresh paint can be hand washed immediately, but we strongly suggest waiting until you can apply a paint protectant before using mechanical car washes.
Paint Protection: In 4-6 weeks the freshly painted panels need to be sealed in with a high quality wax or ceramic coating.
